Shipping is free for continental U.S. retail customers (Wholesale Customers and Retailers see below). International customers are responsible also for any VAT or Duty. Shipping worldwide is a flat $XXUSD per unit.
Tracking for your specific shipment can be found on our website in your account by logging in. You can login to your account by clicking the “My Account” link on the left hand side. Click on “Track Orders” to find the order you need to track. Click the “View Details” link for that order to see your tracking information under the shipping address.
Business days include Monday-Friday, and exclude some holidays such as Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. We currently only offer free shipping to continental U.S. addresses (not Hawaii or Alaska) Alaska and Hawaii are at i a special rate and International shipping is at a set to an international shipping rate.
